How does Airframes work?

Simply upload your photos through our website and we will do the rest. We will have it delivered right to your doorstep.

How long is your lead time?

Our lead time and shipping time is the same. It takes 3 working days (excluding public holidays, weekends and the day you ordered) for you to receive it. Currently self collection is not available. All orders will be delivered to your doorstep. 

Can I have my order expedited?

Do email in to us at airframes.sg@gmail.com and we will do our best to accommodate to your request.

What is your mode of payment?

We accept Mastercard, Visa, Amex. Simply select the credit card type and key in the required details.

What kind of photos can I print?

Any photos that are in your computer/phone library. Currently our website only accepts: jpg, jpeg, png files.

Can I print copyrighted photos?

We support copyright and intellectual properties, so please print only images belonging to you or that you have the rights to reproduce in print form. We are not liable for any infringement of these copyrights nor do we claim ownership to the content you sent to us for printing.

If I have an issue with my order, what do I do?

Do drop us an email at airframes.sg@gmail.com and we will follow up with your issue in 1-2 working days.

Where do you deliver?

Currently we only deliver in Singapore. We are currently expanding our shipping locations! Do let us know where you want us to ship to via email at airframes.sg@gmail.com and we will try our best to ship over to you. 

How heavy is the frames?

Our Air Frames is very light. Each frame is about 86g

How do I hang the frames?

You do not need any nails or tape for our Air Frames. Our Air Frames comes with a tape attached at the back where you can peel and paste the frame on your wall.
